Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it;
- The item must be in its original packaging;
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return due to their nature or use. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines;
- Intimate or sanitary goods;
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases;
- Gift cards;
- Downloadable software products;
- Certain health and personal care items (as specified at the time of purchase).
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund rather than a full refund. This includes situations where:
- A book shows obvious signs of use;
- A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record has been opened;
- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error;
- An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of the item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again;
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund appears;
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time;

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] and ship the item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it is received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that delivery times for replacement or exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items until they arrive at our facility.
